Boss Audio Systems - Need to inform you of an important issue regarding the registration QR code
I received yesterday the BOSS ME-90, when I scanned the QR code to register the device, a web page opened, turned out to a Dating Service, trying to change $39.99 to my Visa. My bank stopped it. The concern is it is QR code on the BOSS Registration card. The back side of the card had the proper website listed. I used it to register the ME-90. Alex Bruce

Marine radio

Beste heer/mevrouw,Vorig jaar 25-07-2022 kocht ik via online bij NauticPro in Groningen deze Boss Marine radio MR1308UABK. Deze radio heb ik 14-06-2023 teruggestuurd naar NauticPro met de melding dat de radio het niet meer doet.

Met de afstandsbediening kon ik niets meer doen op de radio , heb toen een nieuwe batterij erin gedaan maar ook dit werkte niet. Handmatig kon ik de radio aanzetten en hij bleef op de frequentie 87.50 staan , wilde ik op search drukken ging de radio uit. Ik heb vele malen gebeld naar NauticPro met de vraag wanneer krijg ik mijn radio weer terug. Daarop antwoorde ze dat het bij Boss druk is , dan zeiden ze dat Boss de radio aan het doormeten zijn.

Ik heb toen 2 weken niets van mij laten horen, want ik dacht dat ik de radio zo snel weer terugkreeg, want Boss was met mijn radio bezig. Na 2 weken heb ik weer gebeld en gevraagd van hoelang gaat dit nog duren , zijn ze bij Boss nu nog steeds de radio aan het doormeten, ik denk het niet. Ik werd teruggebeld door NauticPro en de medewerker zei tegen mij dat hij Boss heeft gebeld en dat Boss ermee bezig was. Ik ga dit niet meer geloven , ik zei tegen die medewerker kunnen jullie niet beter het aankoopbedrag terugstorten want ik vind dit wel erg heel lang duren voor een radiootje.

Hij zei als ik de radio niet terugkrijgt dan kunnen wij het geld terugstorten. Hij vond het ook heel lang duren. Nu is het mijn vraag aan jullie , wat kunnen jullie voor mij betekenen.
